WHOLESALE POLICY
Minimum orders: Our minimum order is $100.00
Payment : We accept Visa/MC/Amex/Discover & Company Checks with credit card on file . Your credit card is not charged until the day your order goes out, backorders are not charged until they go out.
Returned Checks: Returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 fee and any pending orders will be put on Credit Card. We do not redeposit checks. After 2 returned checks, you will automatically go on payment by credit card.
Late Payments: Late payments may result in pending orders being held. We will apply a finance charge of 1.5% per month to all overdue accounts as well as all factor fees incurred. Chronically late accounts will be reverted to credit card.
Refused orders: Refused orders cost the customer additional shipping fees and/or a 25% re-stocking fee.
Shipping time: With hundreds of designs and our ability to due custom work we strive to get your order out within 72 hours of you placing the order. During peak seasons and immediately after trade shows it may take a little longer.
Backorders: We keep track of backorders and will ship the items once we get them back in stock.
Returns: All claims for shortages and/or defective merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Defective merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the initial claim (for credit or exchange only). No returns allowed on special orders, ie: custom lettering jobs and private label. No return will be accepted. Returns will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Shipping: Shipments are shipped UPS from our warehouse San Diego, CA . If you would like your order shipped any other way we can ship it to you on your account # with any major carrier.
